Dawn
Atik are embarking on an ambitious project to provide an fully featured image processing package to be provided free to Atik customers.
Dawn, which aims to be different to the conventional image-processing programs. It allows a sequence of image-processing steps to be represented in the form of a graphical workflow which can be created with a few mouse clicks and can then be executed very easily for repeatable and speedy results. The intention is to provide a clean and intuitive interface which is not cluttered with details and which makes optimum use of screen space.
The latest version is Beta1.1 and adds
1. A new help system
2. A new divide action for performing flat-field correction
3. Keyboard controls for zooming and panning the image display
4. An option to save images in some popular formats (bitmap, tiff and jpeg)
5. A new and more convenient installer.
